ARRTSM is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with MEZ-TECHNIK GmbH for the development and deployment of the AIR-X Project, a groundbreaking robotics-based automation solution designed for the air duct and ventilation manufacturing industry.
This alliance brings together the industrial automation expertise of ARRTSM and the deep HVAC market reach of MEZ-TECHNIK, with a shared goal: to revolutionize air duct production using AI-powered, CNC-controlled robotic systems.
The AIR-X system—designed and engineered by ARRTSM—combines:

Fully 3D path-programmed CNC robotic cells

Machine vision & AI for intelligent part handling

Integrated multi-tasking workflows including frame assembly, sealing, labeling, and interior nano-coating

A modular expansion capability from 1 to 6+ robotic arms

XML/CSV-based production data integration from design to deployment
The project follows a structured three-phase rollout:

Phase I: Functional deployment of frame assembly, sealing, and laser part labeling

Phase II: Integration with profiling and saw systems to deliver fully assembled air duct frames

Phase III: A fully autonomous robotic plant, capable of high-speed, zero-manual production of complete air duct systems
To support the venture, the companies are jointly applying for German federal and state innovation grants.
Under this agreement:

MEZ-TECHNIK holds global distribution rights in the HVAC industry and manages all end-customer sales.

ARRTSM leads system development, software customization, and provides service and warranty.

Both parties will co-own patents developed under the joint project.
