Officially registered ARRTSM Engineering

July 02, 2015 Dettenhausen

Today, we officially registered ARRTSM Engineering in our beloved town of Dettenhausen.

The company is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of autonomous CNC robotics, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the manufacturing world.

ARRTSM Engineering takes roots in a vision first realized in 2011, when Mr. Yudhisthir Gauli developed the first version of the autonomous robot. Over the past four years, the technology has evolved, and now, with the establishment of ARRTSM Engineering in Dettenhausen, we’re poised to merge that foundational work with advanced CNC controllers and cutting-edge Physical AI.

By integrating autonomous robotics with CNC machining, and employing “Physical AI” capabilities for real-time sensing, decision-making, and adaptation, we aim to build robotic cells capable of high-precision work on complex materials, all without human intervention.

ARRTSM Engineering is registered at Fronlachwesien 2/3, 72135 Dettenhausen. The company officially serves as a system integrator for autonomous CNC machining systems, combining Physical AI software, robotics, AI control, and CNC fabrication under one roof.

A New Era of Manufacturing

  • From Prototype to Company: What began as a personal project by Mr. Gauli in 2011 has grown into a formal company built to commercialize autonomous CNC robots.

  • Cutting-edge AI Integration: Leveraging Physical AI, robots equipped with environment-aware sensors and real-time decision-making, to perform adaptive operations on CNC machines.

  • Local Excellence: Nestled in Dettenhausen, ARRTSM Engineering connects local craftsmanship with advanced robotics, reinforcing Germany’s tradition of precision engineering.

Vision & Roadmap

ARRTSM Engineering’s mission is to deliver autonomous CNC robotic solutions that:

  1. Operate independently, without constant human supervision.

  2. Adapt dynamically to material and environmental variations.

  3. Enable single-piece, custom manufacturing with speed and accuracy

Plans for 2015–2016 include:

  • Seamless integration of CNC control with robotics and AI.

  • Development of a robust digital twin for process simulation and optimization.

  • Pilot installations with local manufacturing partners by early 2016.

At the Helm

Mr. Yudhisthir Gauli, formerly leading robotics engineering efforts since at least 2013, now heads ARRTSM Engineering as its registered CEO in Dettenhausen.  The company draws on years of robotics, CNC control, and AI expertise to pioneer this transformative technology.

By formalizing ARRTSM Engineering in June 2015, we mark the official launch of an exciting venture—one that merges autonomous robotics, CNC technology, and Physical AI to reshape modern manufacturing.

Stay tuned as we bring this vision into tangible, high‑precision reality.
