Stuttgart, Germany – July 2017 — ARRTSM is proud to announce a strategic cooperation with the prestigious Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (Fraunhofer IPA) in Stuttgart, Germany. Together, we are launching the development of a cutting-edge multirobotic manufacturing cell that will redefine productivity, flexibility, and automation in next-generation industrial systems.
This powerful collaboration will focus on building an intelligent, fully integrated robotic cell capable of executing complex industrial tasks such as chip removal, precision machining, automated nailing, and advanced processing of carbon composites. The multirobotic cell will seamlessly combine multiple robotic units with advanced software, enabling synchronized, autonomous, and high-performance operation across various manufacturing environments.
The project will integrate Framebotix’s experience in autonomous robotic systems with Fraunhofer IPA’s world-class research in production technology, system integration, and industrial AI. This partnership is not only a technological milestone—it also underscores a shared commitment to strengthening Germany’s and Europe’s role in global manufacturing innovation.
